Chameleon Research Workshop on Barriers to Adaptation to Climate Change

18. - 21. September 2012, Berlin

The aim of the workshop is to enhance conceptual and empirical insights into barriers to adaptation by synthesizing current knowledge from diverse disciplinary research streams. Key similarities and differences between barriers are to be identified. A fruitful exchange and synthesis of perspectives helps to generate practical knowledge, interdisciplinary as well as disciplinary sharpness, and to promote the research agenda both on an individual and a broader scale.
